Knoxville Engineered Flooring and Water Damage

A ruptured water supply line in the second-floor bathroom left pooling water on the laminated flooring and stairs causing damage. The stair treads lifted up from the water seepage and the floor planks were non-salvageable. After the demolition and removal of these materials, our green equipment completed the drying portion of the service. Verification of moisture content restoration, using various meters, was crucial before new flooring could be installed. The character of the structure often dictates the depth of the water damage.
